I'm Agapito Certeza but most people call me "Pito".

Real Estate means more to me than just "finding a house".. it's a commitment of service. From finding your first rental to securing your first investment, I'll be your guide. 

Being born & raised on Guam allows me to bring a localized level of expertise. Whether you're a native like myself or relocating, I'm excited to share the knowledge and wisdom I've been lucky enough to receive from our island community.

Over the last decade, I've been involved in several industries such as luxury retail sales, management and even working all sides of food & beverage from dishwasher to bartending and everything in between. This background has allowed me to learn how to be an effective communicator for all your negotiations, adaptable for when our plans do not go accordingly and to deliver more than just "a sales pitch". 

Outside of being a REALTOR®, I enjoy all things fitness from playing pickup basketball to supporting the local bodybuilding community. Being native to Guam also means I got the opportunity to adopt 2 rescued "boonies"; my adorable dog Windy who was a Typhoon Mawar baby and my favorite feline Jiji (who I'm sure chose me more than I chose her). 

I am blessed to call this island home and dedicated to showing YOU what it means to live in the beauty of Guam.
